Illegal encroachment will be removed in Bihar, action started in many districts!

News Desk. Bihar government is continuously taking steps towards freeing public land from encroachment. In this series, the administration has adopted a strict stance against illegal encroachers in Tehta market located in Makhdumpur block of Jehanabad district. People who have been occupying Zilla Parishad land for years will now be removed, for which the administrative process has been expedited.

The administration has started the process of identifying the encroachers and sending them notices. So far, notices have been served to dozens of people, while the remaining people will also be informed soon. Clear instructions have been given in the notice to remove the illegal encroachment within the stipulated time limit, otherwise the administration will take action with the help of police force.

In the warning issued by the zonal administration, it has also been said that if the encroachment has to be removed by force, then the expenses incurred on the same will also be recovered from the concerned occupants. Along with this, legal action will also be taken against those who violate the rules.

It is noteworthy that this problem of Tehta market is not new. Even before this, action was taken to remove encroachment in the year 2023, but after some time, illegal shops and structures were again erected at the same place. Due to this, there is constant traffic jam in the market area and common people have to face a lot of trouble in transportation.

The administration says that any kind of illegal occupation of public land will not be tolerated. The priority is to make the market area free from encroachment and make the traffic system smooth. If people do not remove the encroachment themselves after the deadline, strict action will be ensured.
