Government Employee News : An important decision has been issued by the government for the employees working under the Public Health Department. An important GR has been issued through the Department of Public Health on 26th December 2025 for the contractual employees of the department.

Today GR is important for contract employees who have completed 10 years and above service. Under this GR, it is about regularizing the services of contract employees who have completed ten years or more service and today we will try to know the detailed information about this GR from this article.

In accordance with the government decision issued in March 2024 regarding the inclusion of contractual employees working under the National Health Mission in the service, a government order has been issued to adjust and regularize the services of drivers who have served for ten years and more under the National Health Mission as regular drivers in the approved framework of the Public Health Department.

Also in this regard paragraph number five of the government order issued in December 2024 has been amended. According to this amendment, among the contract employees working in the state under the National Health Mission, after including the service of ten years and more, their salary is approved to be fixed at the next stage in the regular pay scale equal to the emoluments received in the previous months.

The said salary fixation has to be approved by the concerned head of office. Also, according to this government decision, the orders given in the council number two of the government order issued on 18 September 2025 are being cancelled.

Of course, due to this decision of the government, the contract employees working in the concerned department will get a big relief and the contract employees will be regularized in the service.
