Important decisions in the meeting of Hanumangarh Cooperative Land Development Bank, proposal to increase loan distribution passed

The Board of Directors meeting of Cooperative Land Development Bank Limited was held on 1 April 2026 under the chairmanship of Bank Chairman Rajendra Siyag. Many important resolutions were passed in the meeting along with review of the bank’s work.
Vice President Jagdeep Singh along with Board of Directors members Yogesh Jhorad, Ramesh Kumar, Surendra Kumar, Madan Lal, Vijendra Beniwal, Sandeep Kumar, Mrs. Aarti, Bank Secretary Abhishek Mahiya and Deputy Registrar Amilal Saharan were present in the meeting.
During the review, it was told that in the financial year 2025-26, loans worth Rs 742.92 lakh were distributed by the bank. Whereas till March 31, 2026, the recovery of past due loan was 27%, current recovery was 63.48% and total recovery was 41.45%, which shows a significant increase as compared to last year.
Many important proposals in the interest of the bank were passed in the meeting. It was decided to renovate, paint and purchase furniture for Hanumangarh and Nohar branches. Besides, a proposal to give special incentives to farmers who repay their loans on time was also passed.
Apart from this, it was decided to send a proposal to the state government to increase the loan disbursement limit of the bank to Rs 2000 lakh, so that more farmers can get benefits.
At the end of the meeting, Bank President Rajendra Siyag and Secretary Abhishek Mahiya expressed gratitude to all the members.
