Important news for railway passengers! Many trains canceled before Holi, please check status before traveling –

Keeping in mind the convenience and safety of passengers, Indian Railways has decided to temporarily cancel many important trains. Due to maintenance work, technical reasons and operational problems on various routes, these trains will not run on the scheduled dates.

In such a situation, passengers who have made reservations in these trains must check the latest status of their train before travelling.
Passengers can get information about the status of their train through the official website, mobile app or railway helpline number 139 of the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), the authorized ticketing agency of the Railways.

Railway officials have clarified that passengers may face unnecessary trouble by reaching the station without information.

Train No. 14111: Muzaffarpur-Prayagraj Jn. Express – Canceled till 25th February 2026.

Train No. 22198: Veerangana Laxmibai (Jhansi)-Kolkata Express – Canceled till 27 February 2026.

Train No. 12327: Howrah-Dehradun Upasana Express – Canceled till 27 February 2026.

Train No. 12328: Dehradun-Howrah Upasana Express – Canceled till 28 February 2026.

Railways has appealed to the passengers to plan their journey only after getting information about alternative trains. Passengers who have booked e-tickets will have their refund automatically credited back to their account as per the rules. At the same time, counter ticket holders will have to complete the refund process from the concerned station.

Caution before traveling is the best way to avoid trouble. Therefore, before leaving home, check the status of the train once, so that your journey can become safe and smooth.
