It has become their business to make accusations,’ said the CBI counsel. “We are only asking for an opportunity,” said Kejriwal’s lawyer. In any case, the High Court has clarified that the reply has to be filed by April 5. The next hearing will be held on April 6.

The then Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his government claimed that this would reduce the influence of the liquor mafia and increase government revenue.
