According to the information, the family of Pankaj Kumar, who works as a laborer at a brick kiln located near Deri Gujran village, has been living and working there for the last several years. Pankaj Kumar is originally from Aligarh district and is living with his family by working as a laborer at a kiln. His family consists of his wife, 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter Sarika. It is being told that Sarika was playing near the kiln, when the kiln owner’s car passing by suddenly ran over Sarika.

The victim’s father says that at the time of the accident, the kiln owner was busy looking at his mobile phone while the car was moving, due to which he did not pay attention to the road and the car ran straight over the girl. As soon as the accident happened, there was chaos on the spot. The people present nearby immediately picked up the girl and took her to the hospital.

According to family members, the bones of both the legs of the innocent girl were broken in this accident. There were serious injuries in other parts of the body also. At present, the girl is being treated in a private hospital in Greater Noida, where a team of doctors is keeping an eye on her condition. Due to weak financial condition of the family, getting treatment has also become a big challenge for them.

The victim’s father Pankaj Kumar alleges that the brick-kiln owner did not provide any special help in the treatment of the girl. He says that the accident happened due to the negligence of the kiln owner. Therefore action should be taken against him. The victim’s father demanded justice from the police and demanded strict legal action against the kiln owner.
