But still no agreement was reached. We’re coming back without a solution.” Vance also said, “We asked for assurances from Iran about not building a nuclear bomb. They had to say that they would not build a bomb and that they would not possess the equipment or materials necessary to make a nuclear bomb. The US president also wanted to.
