1. Zakir Hussain

Ustab Zakir Hussain, a renowned tabla master, passed away at the age of 73 due to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis on December 15. The son of the legendary tabla player Ustad Alla Rakha, Hussain’s six-decade career included his collaborations with artists George Harrison and Yo-Yo Ma. He won several accolades, including for Grammy Awards and the Padma Bhushan in 2023.

2.Rituraj Singh

Television actor Rituraj Singh passed away at the age of 59 after suffering a heart attack on February 20. He was known for his roles in Udaan, Khaaani Ghar Ghar Kiiand Badrinath's brideamong others.

3. Vikas Sethi

Legendary gazal singer Pankaj Udhas passed away at the age of 72 on February 26 after a prolonged illness. He is known for his songs including ‘Chitthi Aai Hai’, ‘Aaj Phir Tum Pe’, ‘Aadmi Khilona Hia’, and others.
