Now pour half a cup of water in the pan and when it gets hot, break 500 grams of jaggery into pieces and add it. You just have to melt the jaggery. No need to make syrup out of it. Keep the gas on very low flame to melt the jaggery. When the jaggery melts completely, add it to the mixture containing real seeds.

Mix everything well with a spoon. Let it cool slightly but do not cool it too much because then you will not be able to make laddus. When the batter is slightly hot, take water in a bowl and wet your hands and start making laddus. Wetting your hands will prevent the batter from sticking.
