According to the information, AIMIM leader Haji Shaukat Ali had come to attend the Eid Milan program organized in Meerut. While addressing the programme, he fiercely attacked the Yogi government. During this, Shaukat Ali said, “My friends! I don’t want 111, you give me 11 from UP. I am leaving with a promise to you that if there is an encounter of any Muslim in Uttar Pradesh, then the person doing the encounter will also be encountered. Insha Allah… I am leaving with a promise to you.”

The video of this controversial statement of AIMIM leader is becoming increasingly viral on social media. Meanwhile, Congress has termed Shaukat Ali’s statement as an election statement. Along with this, AIMIM and BJP have been called estranged twin brothers. Congress MP Pramod Tiwari said, “If BJP government is formed in Bihar, it is because of Asaduddin Owaisi. His party has cut off votes. He works like the estranged twin brother of BJP. You come to elections, just give statements and do only those things which benefit BJP. I am directly accusing you…”

Congress MP Imran Masood said, “What will they gain from these 11 MLAs? It will mean that BJP government will be formed in the entire country and the state. Why do you want to be an ally in forming the BJP government? You may personally benefit, but the entire community will have to suffer. The politics of polarization, whether it is of Hindus or Muslims, is wrong, and I am strongly against both.”

Let us tell you that Haji Shaukat Ali has often been embroiled in controversies regarding his statements. Earlier, while appealing to Muslims to produce more children, he had given the slogan ‘Hum Do, Hamare Do, Hamare Do Doraz’. In his address, Ali, ignoring the population control arguments, had claimed that the real strength of any country lies in its large population.
