In West Bengal, BJP President Nitin Naveen started ‘Parivartan Yatra’, claimed to remove 50 lakh infiltrators from the voter list.

Cooch Behar: Amidst the election excitement in West Bengal, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started its ‘Parivartan Yatra’. While starting this yatra in Cooch Behar on Sunday, BJP President Nitin Naveen made a big claim. He said that more than 50 lakh infiltrators have been removed from the voter list of the state.

Addressing a public meeting, Naveen alleged that these infiltrators were taking advantage of government jobs and welfare schemes meant for genuine citizens. He said, “Today we want to give a clear message to the infiltrators from this sacred soil of Bengal that now is the time to drive out the infiltrators.”

The journey will be longer than 5,000 kilometers

This Parivartan Yatra of BJP will cover a distance of more than 5,000 kilometers and will aim to reach every household in Bengal. Nitin Naveen said, “Where till now only words of promises and arrogance had reached, BJP is going to reach there with the voice of change.” He said that the purpose of this visit is not just to drive out the infiltrators, but to form a decisive government which can connect the people of the state with development.

TMC cornered over insulting ‘Vande Mataram’

Naveen also accused Trinamool Congress (TMC) of insulting ‘Vande Mataram’. He said that the song which brought freedom to the entire country, is being stopped by TMC MPs in the Parliament. Taking aim at the Mamata Banerjee government, he said that there is only corruption and anarchy in Bengal, due to which the youth are upset.

“Mamata Didi, Vande Mataram had brought freedom from the British, and now the echo of the same Vande Mataram will free Bengal from your anarchy and will liberate Bengal.”- Nitin Naveen

He also said that all the central schemes which Mamata government gives ‘step-motherly’ in implementing in the state, will be implemented when the BJP government comes to power. Naveen said that BJP will lay the seeds of a new and developed Bengal with positive thinking.
