IND vs AFG: After the only test between India and Afghanistan, now the three-match ODI series is going to start. The first ODI match will be played between the two teams in Dharamshala on 13 June. However, there is a threat of rain on the first match of the ODI series.

There is a possibility of storm with rain and thunder in Dharamshala on the match day i.e. 13th June. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in Dharamshala from 13 to 16 June. According to the report of Accuweather, 90% rainfall is expected in Dharamshala during the day on June 13, while 65% rainfall is expected by the evening. In such a situation, it is almost certain that rain will be disrupted during the match. In such a situation, reduction in overs may be seen. Apart from this, the match may also be canceled due to rain. The temperature in Dharamshala can be between 12 to 18 degrees Celsius on the match day.

India’s dominance

India’s one-sided dominance is seen against Afghanistan in ODI cricket. Both the teams have faced each other a total of 4 times in this format, in which Team India won 3 matches while one match was tied. Till now, both these teams have played against each other only in Multi Nations Tournament in ODI. This will be the first time that a bilateral series is being played between the two teams in ODI format.
