IND vs BAN 2nd Test Day 4: Mominul Haq scored the 13th century of his Test career; Bangladesh's score till lunch break- 205/6

IND vs BAN 2nd Test Day 4: After losing two consecutive days due to rain, the fourth day of play of the Kanpur Test started without any interruption on Monday. The first session of the fourth day saw a clash between India and Bangladesh. On one hand, while the Indian bowlers were sending the Bangladeshi batsmen to the pavilion, on the other hand, Mominul Haq held one end and was successful in scoring the 13th century of his Test career.

On the fourth day of the Kanpur Test, Bangladesh got its first blow in the form of Mushfiqur Rahim (11). Bumrah bowled him and showed him the way to the pavilion. After this Siraj got Liton Das (13) caught by Rohit. Ashwin gave the sixth blow to Bangladesh by getting Shakib Al Hasan (9) caught by Siraj. In the first session of the fourth day, 31 overs were bowled and Bangladesh scored 98 runs losing three wickets.

Till lunch break, Mominul Haq is at the crease with 102 runs and Mehdi Hasan Miraj with six runs. There has been a partnership of 35 runs between the two so far. This was the 13th century of Mominul's Test career. For India, Ashwin and Akash Deep have got two wickets each. Apart from this, Siraj and Bumrah have got one wicket each. By the fourth day's play, 35 overs could be played and Bangladesh had then scored 107 runs for three wickets. The team had lost its wickets in the form of Zakir Hasan (0), Shadman Islam (24) and captain Nazmul Shanto (31).
