Lord’s Cricket Ground pitch report
Lord’s cricket ground generally favors fast bowlers. Here the ball gets extra swing, which causes problems for the batsmen. So fast bowlers can dominate in this match. Since it is challenging to bat in the second innings on this pitch, the team winning the toss may decide to bat first. So far, the team batting first has won 35 matches played at this ground. So, the team batting in the second innings has won 33 matches. During the toss, Indian captain Shubman Gill said that if he had won the toss, he would have preferred to bowl first.
