The second match of the five-match T20 series between India vs England was played at the Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester. While on one hand this match marked the international debut of Vaibhav Suryavanshi, on the other hand India also faced a crushing defeat by 4 wickets. Even though the first match against England was inconclusive, the second match had to face defeat due to good batting. If we look at it, India’s losing streak is continuing.

Let us tell you that in the second T20 match, Indian team captain Shreyas Iyer had won the toss and decided to bat first. The Indian team, who came to bat, scored 190 runs at the loss of 7 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Although no batsman from India scored a half-century but it managed to reach a good score. While chasing the target, the England team, with the help of Jacob Bethel’s half-century innings of 76 runs, scored 191 runs for 6 wickets in 19 overs and won the match.

International debut of Vaibhav Suryavanshi

15 year old young Indian batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi got a chance to debut in the second T20 match against England. He has become the youngest player to debut in international cricket for India. Vaibhav Suryavanshi made his international debut at the age of 15 years and 99 days. Sachin Tendulkar played his first international match at the age of 16 years and 205 days. Accordingly, Vaibhav has broken Sachin Tendulkar’s record.

Let us tell you that in this debut match, Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s bat also did not perform the way his fans were expecting. Vaibhav faced only 10 balls in this match. In which he hit two sixes and could score only 14 runs at a strike rate of 140.

Abhishek and Kishan played good innings

Vaibhav scored only 14 runs in 10 balls and was out. After this his partner Abhishek Sharma played an inning of 43 runs in 24 balls. During this innings, he hit 8 fours and one six. From here, there was a partnership of 65 runs on 42 balls for the third wicket between captain Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan. Captain Iyer was out in this match after scoring 37 runs on 22 balls. Whereas Ishan Kishan played an inning of 49 runs on 40 balls. None of the other batsmen could do anything special in this match. Talking about England’s bowling, Sam Curran took the maximum of 3 wickets while conceding 32 runs in 4 overs.

Ravi Bishnoi’s bowling disappointed

Indian spinner Ravi Bishnoi has disappointed everyone in this match. He bowled very poorly. Ravi Bishnoi gave away 60 runs in 4 overs. He bowled very disappointingly in the fourth over. Bishnoi was put on the attack by Shreyas Iyer in the 17th over. In which he bowled two no balls. Not only this, sixes were also hit on no balls. After this, Bishnoi hit a four and a six on the fourth and fifth balls and gave away a total of 27 runs in this over.
