IND vs ENG ODI: India or England… who is stronger in Sophia Gardens, Cardiff?

The second match of the 3-match ODI series between India and England is today (16 July). According to Indian time, this match is to be played at Sophia Gardens Stadium in Cardiff from 5:30 pm onwards. Team India is leading 1-0 in the series. Shubman Gill Brigade had registered a resounding victory by 6 wickets in the first ODI. Now his eyes are on winning the series.

 

The fast bowlers led by Jasprit Bumrah had brought England to their knees at Edgbaston. Gurnoor Brar took 2 wickets in the 13th over. In the next over, Bumrah dismissed English captain Brook. After this, Prasidh Krishna took 2 wickets in the 17th over and reduced half of the England team to 80 runs. Captain Shubman Gill would be expecting a similar performance from the pace bowling unit in the second ODI. On the other hand, the England team is trying to make a comeback.
