Shivam Dubey’s aggressive batting

Let us tell you that explosive batsman Shivam Dubey took a tremendous lead for the Indian team who came to bat first. He gave strength to the team by playing a very important inning of just 66 runs while hitting attractively all around the field. Apart from them, captain Suryakumar Yadav made an important contribution of 34 runs, Tilak Verma made 31 runs and all-rounder Hardik Pandya made a useful contribution of 30 runs. Thanks to these the score reached 193. For Netherlands, experienced Logan van Beek tried to curb the Indian batting by taking three wickets.

Varun Chakraborty’s spin magic

The Dutch team, which came to chase the target, was completely entangled by the mysterious spinner Varun Chakraborty with his spin. He bowled brilliantly and took three important wickets. He gave India its first major success by dismissing Max O’Dowd for 20 runs. After this he also sent dangerous looking Colin Ackerman to the pavilion. Varun’s aggressive bowling did not give the Dutch middle order a chance to settle down. This brilliant individual performance ultimately became the main basis of the Indian team’s decisive victory.

Netherlands’ courageous counter-attack

Netherlands also did not give up easily on the field and showed excellent fighting spirit while chasing the target. The openers made a steady partnership of 35 runs. In the middle order, Boss De Leede and Colin Akerman created excitement in the match by adding 49 runs in just 26 balls. Noah Cross and Jack Lion-Cashette scored runs quickly in the last overs. This definitely increased some uneasiness in the Indian camp. However, the Dutch team fell 17 runs short of the target and could score only 176 runs.

Collective effort of Indian bowlers
