IND vs NZ: Ashwin breaks Lyon's big test record, Indian off-spinner becomes No.1 in this matter

Ashwin breaks Nathan Lyon's WTC world record

Ashwin equaled Nathan Lyon's ICC World Test Championship (WTC) tally of 187 wickets by dismissing Tom Latham LBW for 15 runs. After this, by dismissing Will Young for 18 runs, Ashwin broke Lyon's world record of 187 wickets and became the bowler taking the highest wicket in the World Test Championship. New Zealand is leading 1-0 in this series.
