IND VS NZ 2nd T20l Match : India and New Zealand A five-match T20 series is being played between them. The second match of this series was played today at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium in Raipur. In this match, New Zealand set a target of 209 runs in front of India. India scored this target with Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav On the strength of his half-centuries, they have won by 7 wickets after finishing in 15.2 overs. India has taken a 2-0 lead in the series with this win. Jacob Duffy took 1 wicket from New Zealand.

India won the toss and elected to bowl first and New Zealand were called to bat first. New Zealand scored 208 for 6 on the back of Rachin Ravindra’s 44 and skipper Mitchell Santner’s unbeaten 47 and set India a target of 209. Kakuldeep Yadav took the most 2 wickets from India. While Hardik Pandya, Harshit Rana, Varun Chakraborty and Shivam Dubey took 1 wicket each.
New ZealandChasing 209 runs, India did not get off to a good start. India’s explosive opener Abhishek Sharma departed without batting and Sanju Samson also departed with 6 runs. India had lost their two openers for 6 runs. With a target of 200 plus in front, India looked in trouble. But, Ishan Kishan and captain Suryakumar Yadav managed India’s innings and put on a partnership of 122 runs for the 5th wicket. Ishan completed 50 runs in 21 balls. Ishan was then dismissed for 76 off 31 balls. He has hit 11 fours and 4 sixes in this innings. He was dismissed by Ish Sodhi.

Then India’s captain Suryakumar Yadav He made his intentions clear by scoring 50 runs in 23 balls. He then attacked the New Zealand bowlers well. Along with Shivam Dubela, who came in after Ishan, Surya sealed India’s victory with an unbeaten 81-run partnership. Meanwhile, Surya remained unbeaten with 82 runs off 37 balls. In this he hit 9 fours and 4 sixes. While Shivam Dubey remained unbeaten by scoring 36 runs with the help of 1 four and 3 sixes in 18 overs. Matt Henry, Ish Sodhi and Jacob Duffy took 1 wicket each for New Zealand.
