India vs New Zealand: The first match of the three-match series between India and New Zealand is going on at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. After the first day was washed out due to rain, the match started on time on the second day. In the match, Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and took a bold decision to bat first. Team India had a very bad start here and the team lost three wickets quickly. During this period, Virat Kohli and Sarfaraz Khan could not even open their accounts. Sarfaraz was sent to the pavilion by Matt Henry, who was caught strongly by Devon Conway.

Seeing this catch of Conway, the entire Kiwi team as well as the spectators were surprised. Although Henry laughed at this catch. The video of this catch is becoming quite viral on social media. Sarfaraz's wicket surprised the Indian camp. This was the fourth ball of the 10th over of the Indian innings. Sarfaraz tried to counter-attack against the Kiwis after the dismissal of Rohit and Virat, but Conway's catch ended his innings.

Sarfaraz got a chance in place of Gill

In this match, Sarfaraz was included in the team after Shubman Gill was ruled out of the first Test due to stiff neck. Sarfaraz had failed to make a place in India's playing eleven against Bangladesh after the return of KL Rahul last month. But the Mumbai batsman later made a strong comeback in domestic cricket and played a record-breaking inning of 222 runs in the Irani Cup match against Rest of India earlier this month.
