As they decided to ask the players to leave the field, Rohit walked up to them and justified his disadvantage. The decision would mean India misses out on a potential chance to get wickets with the new ball under overhead conditions. Henceforth, Rohit was seen arguing with the officials with Virat Kohli joining him in quick time. For a couple of minutes, the debate was the center of attraction for everyone in the field before the weather further deteriorated, forcing the umpire’s verdict as the final one and sending the Twitterverse divided.
