sports desk : A huge ruckus broke out at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune during the second test match being played between India and New Zealand. The second match of the series is being played in Pune. During this match, the spectators started shouting slogans against MCA. The spectators became very angry due to non-availability of water and meanwhile there was a commotion in the audience hall.

Seeing the audience getting angry, MCA apologized for this. Most of the Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) stadium is roofless and fans sitting in the sun when they went to fetch water after the first session of play found that water bottles were not available. The crowd at the booth for water kept increasing and after waiting for some time, the fans started raising slogans against MCA.

After this, the security personnel took control of the situation and started distributing water bottles. MCA secretary Kamlesh Pisal later told the media, “We apologize to all the fans for the inconvenience. We will make sure everything goes well going forward. We have already solved the water problem.” He said that this time we had decided to provide chilled water to the spectators, but there were some problems and during the lunch break, some stalls ran out of water as some places were very crowded.

He said that it took us 15-20 minutes to replenish the water. That's why it got delayed. We have decided to give free bottles to the spectators. It happened near the media and commentary center in Hill End. However, the situation did not worsen. This also happened because one had to face traffic while coming from the outskirts of the city. Due to which there was delay. However, all kinds of things were under control by tea time.
