IND vs SA 3rd ODI Playing 11: KL Rahul-led India will square off against Temba Bavuma-led South Africa in the 3rd ODI of the series on December 06 at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium, Raipur.
The Men in Blues secured a 17-run victory in the first match of the ODI series in the South Africa tour of India 2025, while the Proteas secured a 4-wicket victory against the hosts.
With the ODI series levelled with 1-1, the match at Vizag will decide the winner of the series.
India and South Africa have played 96 ODI games, with South Africa holding an advantage of 52 wins, while India has won 41 times. Meanwhile, three games have ended in a result.

India won the toss and opted to bowl. Speaking at the toss, KL Rahul said, “We are going to bowl first. We trained here last night, there was dew and it didn’t come in early as Ranchi and Raipur.”
“We want to chase the total and see how we can bowl first. Looks like a good wicket. We are really happy with the way we have played in the last two games,” he added.
“Considering the conditions, we have done well and there are a lot of positives to take. Not many things we are looking to change. One change. Washington misses out, Tilak comes in,” concluded KL Rahul.
Meanwhile, Temba Bavuma said, “We would have bowled first. A good start upfront will set it up for the middle order. It’s been entertaining. The crowd has come out. Hope today’s another thrilling one. Two changes. Rickelton and Baartman come in. They (Burger and de Zorzi) will be out for a couple of weeks.”
