Sri Lanka A beats Afghanistan by 103 runs, now there will be a high-voltage clash with India A in the final.

In the last league match of the tri-series, Sri Lanka A performed strongly and defeated Afghanistan A by 103 runs to get the ticket for the final. Now on June 21, Sri Lanka A will face India A in the title match. Cricket lovers will have a special eye on this final after the dispute between the players of both the teams in the last match.

Batting first, Sri Lanka A scored 322 runs at the loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs. On behalf of the team, Avishka Fernando played a brilliant century of 101 runs in 97 balls. Apart from them, Niroshan Dickwella made important contribution of 66 runs and Nuwanidu Fernando made 45 runs. Faridoon Dawoodzai took four wickets for Afghanistan A, but could not stop Sri Lanka from reaching a big score.

Chasing the target of 323 runs, Afghanistan A did not have a good start and the entire team was bundled out for 219 runs in 42.5 overs. Hasan Isaakhil scored the highest score of 74 runs, but he did not get enough support from the other end. For Sri Lanka A, Dulaj Samuditha bowled brilliantly and took five wickets and played an important role in the team’s victory.

Now the final of the tri-series will be played between India A and Sri Lanka A. In the last match, the altercation on the field between India’s young batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Sri Lanka’s Vishen Halambage has further increased the excitement of this match.
