U19 Women T20 WC India Squad: India announced team for T20 World Cup, luck of these players shined

U19 Women T20 WC India Squad: The ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup 2025 is to be organized in Malaysia next year. This tournament will be played from 18 January 2025 to 2 February 2025. At the same time, India has announced its 15-member team for the Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup. Apart from this, three players have got a chance as standby players.

The command of the Indian team in the Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup is going to be in the hands of Nikki Prasad. Ayushi Shukla, who impressed with her lethal bowling in the Asia Cup, has also got a place in the team. Sanika Chalke has got an important responsibility as vice-captain. Wicketkeeper batsmen Kamalini and Bhavika have also got a place in the team. Anandita Kishore, Sonam Yadav and Parunika Sisodia have also been included in the team. Nandana S, Ira J and Anadi T have been included as standby players, who have been kept as backup in case of emergency of any player getting injured.

Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup 2025 India match schedule

First Match: Sunday, January 19, 2025, 12 noon IST – India U19 vs West Indies U19 (Malaysia)

2nd Match: Tuesday, January 21, 2025 12 PM IST – India U19 vs Malaysia U19 (Malaysia)

Third Match: Thursday January 23, 2025 12 PM IST – India U19 vs Sri Lanka U19 (Malaysia)

After the conclusion of the group stage matches, three teams from each group will qualify for the Super Six.
