India-China dispute ends, forces will retreat from Depsang-Demchok, consensus reached on patrolling on LAC

New Delhi : India and China have reached a new agreement to withdraw their troops and resume patrolling on the border LAC i.e. Line of Actual Control. Let us tell you, this agreement is related to patrolling in Depsang and Demchok areas.

According to the information received so far, patrolling has been started at Depsang and Demchok. Soon both the countries will start withdrawing their troops. For your information, let us tell you that withdrawing troops is called disengagement in military terms. Giving information about this, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said in a conference on Monday i.e. October 21 that the tension that arose in Eastern Ladakh in 2020 is now gradually being resolved due to the agreement reached between the two countries regarding the arrangement of patrolling. .

What was the dispute?

The Foreign Secretary said that this dispute had arisen after the action of the Chinese Army in Eastern Ladakh in the year 2020. Now this dispute is being resolved. India is holding discussions with China at the military level and through meetings of military commanders at various levels. After these meetings, the deadlock at various places on LAC has been resolved. There were some places where the controversy has not ended yet.

This agreement between India and China is related to patrolling in Depsang and Demchok areas. Let us tell you that after the clash on the eastern Ladakh border in 2020, tension between the two countries had increased. In this clash, 20 soldiers of the Indian Army were also martyred and many Chinese soldiers were also killed.
