India-China withdraw troops October 29 News In Hindi: The historic agreement between India and China for withdrawal of troops at two confrontation points in Demchok and Depsang plains of Ladakh will be completed by October 28-29. PTI gave this information quoting sources on Friday.

According to the news agency, both the armies will start patrolling the major confrontation points after the forces on both sides completely retreat. The withdrawal of Indian and Chinese troops started about two days ago. This is likely to be completed in the next two to three days after the Army disengages its troops and removes temporary structures including equipment, sheds and tents.

This announcement comes after an important agreement was finalized between India and China, which was only for these two friction points. PTI quoted sources as saying that discussions are going on for other areas.

This process has started after the agreement between the two countries on patrolling and disengagement of troops along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh, which is a major breakthrough towards ending the four-year-long standoff.
