India Grand Alliance played out, RJD stakes claim for 20 seats, if not accepted then friendly match will be held

As the election campaign in Jharkhand is intensifying, the atmosphere is constantly changing. Till now there was a setback for BJP and AJSU. Now difficulties are going to increase for the India Grand Alliance also. RJD has staked claim to field its candidates on 18 to 20 seats in the Jharkhand Assembly.

RJD's national spokesperson Manoj Jha said while talking to the media that RJD has already prepared for 20 seats in the state. But the alliance is giving him only five to six seats. RJD still hopes that its views will be accepted in the grand alliance. If this does not happen, RJD will field its candidates in the state.

RJD leader Manoj Jha also said that even if they have only one MLA and minister in Jharkhand. But no allegations have been made against him. Without taking anyone's name, he said that on the other hand, someone was caught in Kolkata and someone else was caught somewhere else. Therefore, RJD stands firm on its claim and hopefully their words will be accepted.

RJD spokesperson Manoj Jha said that the party will help JMM and Congress candidates contesting on 62 seats. The party has informed the constituent parties of the Grand Alliance about its views. If no meaningful initiative is taken by the Grand Alliance on Monday, then RJD may have a friendly contest with the Grand Alliance. However, RJD will wait for the stand of JMM and Congress.

RJD spokesperson Manoj Jha said that the party is still hopeful that their point will be accepted by tonight. Otherwise, the party will announce its candidates by 11 am on Monday. RJD is the only party which is traditionally fighting against BJP everywhere. Their leaders were tortured and even had to go to jail, but the party never bowed down. Even after this, what happened yesterday regarding seat distribution was not appropriate. The talk of giving seats to the party is not logical at all.

NewsUpdate had already told you that JMM and Congress had announced to contest the seats without taking RJD into confidence. During that time only Hemant Soren and Congress leader Ghulam Mir Ahmed were present. It was said on his part that he will contest elections on 70 seats. The remaining 11 seats will be given to RJD and left parties. During that time itself, RJD leader Manoj Jha had lodged an objection.
