India is building a ‘trusted digital bridge’ for the world: Jyotiraditya Scindia Gujarati
Barcelona, March 4, 2026: India’s strong presence is being seen in the prestigious ‘Mobile World Congress 2026’ (MWC 2026) held in Barcelona, Spain. While inaugurating the ‘India Pavilion’ here, Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia proudly said that India is now not only building a network for its 140 crore citizens, but is also building a strong and reliable digital bridge for the entire world.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Mr. Scindia had said that the large and strong presence of Indian innovators in the India Pavilion is proof that India is at the forefront of creating a secure network. He added that, after becoming self-reliant in the telecom sector, India is now expanding to the world class in the field of exports also.
Talking about India’s future roadmap, the Communications Minister had said that our commitment rests on the following main pillars:
Secure Network: A robust network of data security and cyber security.
AI Technology: Creation of Artificial Intelligence based telecom infrastructure.
Trusted Ecosystem: Providing a globally trusted digital environment.
Telecom Export: Export of Indian made technology and equipment to the world.
“India is no longer just a technology user, but has become a technology provider. Our aim is to create a digital ecosystem that is secure and fulfills the dream of connectivity across the globe.
