After Shubman Gill’s exit, Akshar Patel has been made the vice-captain.

Ishan Kishan and Rinku Singh have returned to the team.

Jitesh Sharma has been dropped despite playing in the recent T20 series against South Africa.

Rinku Singh, who was previously part of the T20 Asia Cup squad, has been recalled to the squad after missing the match against South Africa.

Jasprit Bumrah will lead India’s pace attack.

Varun Chakraborty and Kuldeep Yadav will handle the responsibility of spin.
