According to 2025, the technical talent shortage will reach 44 percent, forcing companies to pay higher salaries for quality employees, with average salaries increasing by 18 percent compared to 2024. This has created intense competition among companies for quality employees. Demand for jobs related to artificial intelligence (AI), data and cyber security increased by 51 percent. Earlier, these areas were considered experimental, but now they have become an important requirement for companies. The tech sector faces a ‘talent war’ by 2025, with a shortage of skilled workers reaching 44 percent. This has directly affected the salary structure. Especially for positions like machine learning engineers, data engineers and full-stack developers, companies are willing to go to any level.

Global competence centers are expanding rapidly in India. According to the report, recruitment rates in the GCC increased by 20 percent, a significant improvement over last year, in addition, campus placements also increased by 12 percent.
