India vs Australia 3rd Test: Travis Head scores second consecutive century, creates trouble for India

The third test match between India and Australia is being played at Gabba, Brisbane. Due to rain on the first day only 13.2 overs were played. On the second day of the Gabba Test match, Australia has scored 231 runs after losing three wickets in 69 overs. Travis Head is playing on 101 and Steve Smith is playing on 64 runs. Indian bowlers are in search of wickets.

Earlier, Australia lost the wicket of Usman Khawaja at the beginning of the innings on the second day of the match. Bumrah gave India its first success by getting Khawaja caught out by Pant. After some time, Nathan McSweeney also started walking on Bumrah's ball. Kangaroo team had lost three wickets for 75 runs. After this no wicket fell till lunch break.

Travis Head and Steve Smith are continuously taking the innings forward. Team India's vice-captain Jasprit Bumrah has got two wickets, while one wicket has gone to the account of all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy.

Captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first. Only 13.2 overs could be bowled in the first day's play at Gabba. Rain became a disaster in the first session. The second and third sessions also got spoiled due to rain.

In the third test match, captain Rohit Sharma has made two major changes in the playing 11. Ravindra Jadeja has been given a chance in place of all-rounder R Ashwin, while Akashdeep has got entry in place of fast bowler Harshit Rana.
