Team India’s big bet before the decisive ODI: This player entered in place of injured Washington Sundar

ind vs eng odi series: The three-match ODI series being played between India and England has now reached an exciting turn. Both the teams have leveled the series 1-1 by winning one match each. Now the third and last ODI to be held at Lord’s on Sunday will decide in whose name the trophy will go. However, before this important match, the Indian team has suffered a big setback. Indian all-rounder Washington Sundar has been ruled out of the series due to injury. In his place, young player Harsh Dubey has been included in Team India. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has made its official announcement.

Got injured in the second ODI

Washington Sundar suffered an injury to his right hamstring during the second ODI played at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff. After the initial investigation, the medical team decided to keep him out of the rest of the series. Now he will undergo a detailed scan and further treatment will be done under the supervision of a specialist doctor. In the absence of Washington, the selectors have expressed confidence in Harsh Dubey. If Harsh gets a chance to play, then Harsh, who was included in the team just before the decisive match, will have a big opportunity to prove himself in international one-day cricket.

Last battle to win the series

Both the teams are currently on equal footing in the three-match series. In such a situation, the third ODI has become a do or die match. The team that wins this match will win the series.
