IND vs SA Lucknow T20 Match Ticket Refund Process: The fourth T20 match between India and South Africa to be played at Ekana Stadium in Lucknow was canceled due to fog and smog. Now Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) Has given great relief to the fans. On Thursday, December 18, UPCA officially announced that full refunds will be given to all MAIT ticket holders.

The fourth T20 match between India and South Africa was to be played in Lucknow on 17 December. This match was to start at 7 pm, but Ekana Stadium was completely engulfed in fog. There was so much fog and smog on the ground that after a long wait the match had to be canceled at 9:25.

Those who buy tickets online will get money like this

UPCA Secretary Prem Manohar Gupta issued his statement saying that keeping in mind the inconvenience of the spectators, a decision has been taken to refund the entire ticket amount. He said that the spectators who have purchased tickets online will not have to go through any other process. The ticket amount of all spectators will be refunded through online mode only. Information related to refund will be sent to the registered email ID. Viewers have been appealed to keep checking their emails.

How to get refund for Lucknow T20 match ticket offline?

Separate arrangements have been made for spectators purchasing tickets offline. Offline spectators can withdraw their ticket money from the special refund counter set up at the box office located at Gate No. 2 of Ekana Stadium, Lucknow on 20th, 21st and 22nd December from 11 am to 6 pm.

For offline refund, it will be mandatory for the spectators to be present in person. They will also have to bring with them a printed ticket along with a government identity card. They will have to fill the refund form with bat details and submit it along with the ticket. After document verification, the refund amount will be transferred directly to the viewer’s bank account. UPCA has clearly said that the amount will be refunded after verification.
