Team India has further strengthened its position by defeating Bangladesh by 8 wickets in the Super Four match. Ayushi Shukla and Gongadi Trisha played important roles in this spectacular victory of India.
Actually, Trisha scored a strong half-century against Bangladesh, for which she was chosen Player of the Match. Ayushi troubled the Bangladesh batsmen a lot by bowling brilliantly. In the match, Bangladesh batted first and scored 80 runs at the loss of 8 wickets. Captain Soumya Akhtar was out after scoring just 1 run.

While chasing the target given by Bangladesh, the Indian team won the match in just 12.1 overs. Opener Trisha scored a half-century for Team India. He scored unbeaten 58 runs facing 46 balls.
