New Delhi. Shefali Verma has performed brilliantly for the Indian team for some time now and now she has got her reward. Shefali has been given the Player of the Month Award by the ICC for the month of November 2025. She is known for her strong batting and has played cricket in all three formats for Team India.
Shefali Verma got a place in the team after the injury to Pratika Rawal, who was performing brilliantly in the Women’s World Cup 2025. After this he grabbed this opportunity with both hands and performed well. Then in the final against South Africa, he scored a total of 87 runs in 78 balls, which included 7 fours and two sixes. After batting, he performed brilliantly in bowling and his South African batsmen could not survive. He took two wickets for 36 runs in 7 overs. For this he received the Player of the Match award.
Shefali Verma said that I am grateful that I could contribute to the team’s success in the finals and be a part of creating history by winning the World Cup for the first time.
