Train Cleaning Complaint: A heart touching video related to Indian Railways is becoming increasingly viral on social media these days. In this video, a passenger has praised the prompt service and cleanliness of the Railways.

While traveling from Delhi to Amritsar, a passenger decided to test the cleanliness complaint number written in the coach of the train. They thought it could be just a formality, but what happened surprised them.

The cleaning team arrived as soon as the complaint was lodged in the train.

This video has been shared on Instagram with an account named @manojmalhotralifestyle. In the video, the passenger said that he called the railway’s cleanliness helpline number at 12:51 pm and gave information about his train, coach and seat.

After filing the complaint, the sanitation workers reached his coach within just two minutes i.e. at 12:53. The employees immediately started cleaning. The cleaning staff also told the passenger that he did not need to call the helpline as a simple message to the coach attendant would have provided assistance.

People praised Indian Railways

Describing this experience as very positive on social media, the passenger said that it may seem like a small thing, but such small changes change the big picture. He said the train was on time, the service was fast and the staff was well behaved.

At the end of the video, he praised Indian Railways and said that the country’s public infrastructure is continuously improving and such incidents show that change is beginning to be seen on the ground as well.
