Indian talent stun the world, sharp increase of 24% in global recruitments
New Delhi. The demand for Indian talent is continuously increasing in the changing job market of the world. Now global companies are hiring people from different countries not only because of low costs but also in search of specialized skills and technical proficiency. A recently released international report has revealed that the demand for Indian professionals is increasing rapidly across the world.
This report has been prepared on the basis of data of about 10 lakh employees from more than 150 countries. It has been told that the recruitment strategy of global companies is changing rapidly and India’s role in this change is becoming very important.
India’s strong position at the international level
According to the report, India has reached the third position among the countries providing talent across the world. The most important thing is that there has been an annual increase of about 24 percent in the recruitments made by foreign companies in India. This figure indicates that the confidence of global companies on the qualifications, technical skills and efficiency of Indian professionals is continuously increasing.
India’s growing dominance in artificial intelligence training
India is also progressing rapidly in the field of artificial intelligence. At present, more than 70 thousand people around the world are working to train artificial intelligence systems. America has the highest number of experts in this field, but India has reached the second position. After this come countries like Philippines and Canada.
Jobs are increasing rapidly in this field
The report states that the post of artificial intelligence trainer has been among the fastest growing jobs in the world in the year 2025. An increase of about 283 percent has been recorded in this sector. The income of these professionals varies depending on their skills and experience. About 30 percent of trainers earn around Rs 1200 to Rs 1600 per hour for data-related work.
Whereas expert level professionals can earn more than Rs 8 thousand per hour. However, the report also states that in many countries there is still a difference in the salaries of male and female employees. However, now big companies are giving importance to expertise instead of cheap labor and are appointing skilled people from different countries.
