Let us tell you that major changes have been made in the team for the T20 series for the Zimbabwe tour. Sanj Samson has been shown the door due to his poor performance. After Sanju Samson was dropped from the team, the debate has once again intensified on social media and in the cricket world. Questions are being raised over this player being dropped so soon by the team management, who performed brilliantly in the recent T20 World Cup. Cricket fans and experts believe that the selection should be reconsidered considering his recent performance.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi remains in the team
Vaibhav Suryavanshi is being discussed the most in the list of the Indian team. Vaibhav has made his international debut in the second T20 match against England. Vaibhav’s name was also in the series against Ireland but did not get a chance to play. However, he performed so well in IPL 2026 and domestic cricket that the selectors had to include his name in the T20 series against Zimbabwe also.

Apart from this, all-rounder Harsh Dubey and wicketkeeper-batsman Prabhsimran Singh have also been included in the senior Indian team for the first time. At the same time, Mayank Yadav, known for his fast bowling, has once again returned to the Indian team.
