quiver 2 was a sequel to the 1991 hit quiverwhich starred Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt in the lead roles. quiver 2 featured a star-studded cast, including Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur.
The film’s trailer became infamous, receiving millions of dislikes on YouTube, making it one of the most disliked trailers at the time. Within 24 hours, it amassed a staggering 7 million dislikes. Later, the film was unable to secure a theatrical release and was instead forced to premiere on Disney+Hotstar in August 2020. The film garnered a rating of just 1.2 on IMDb which shocked the makers even more. To make things worse, the film earned a place in IMDb’s list of 100 worst films, making it onto the list just 48 hours after its release.

Directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by Fox Star Studios and Mukesh Bhatt under their banner Vishesh Films, quiver 2 marked Mahesh Bhatt’s return as a director after 20 years. quiver 2 picks up from where quiver left off. The sequel revolves around the journey of a young girl who becomes an important character in the life of the protagonist and the reason for him to stay alive.
The music for quiver 2 was composed by Jeet Gannguli, Ankit Tiwari, Samidh Mukerjee, Urvi and Suniljeet. Apart from this, the lyrics were written by Rashmi Virag, Vijay Vijawatt, Shabbir Ahmed, Suniljeet and Shalu Vaish. The film score is composed by Sandeep Chowta.
