NEW DELHI: India’s domestic passenger traffic rose 7 per cent year‑on‑year (YoY) to 15.2 million in November 2025, driven by festive season demand, even as momentum moderated towards the month-end, a report said on Tuesday.
Mother Global Financial Services in the report said that as operations normalised by mid-Dec-25, passenger volumes stabilisedwhile weather-related disruptions weighed on On-Time Performance (OTP) and cancellations.
However, daily trends in December 2025 till date indicate flat YoY growth, largely owing to airline-wide operational disruptions at IndiGo in the first half of the month, it said.
