Bihar News: A shocking murder incident came to light in Hajipur district of Bihar on Sunday. This incident happened when a young man was beaten to death during the T20 World Cup final match being played between India and New Zealand. It is being told that the young man was celebrating loudly when Team India’s wicket fell, due to which he was killed.
Case of Jakkopur village of Hajipur
This incident happened in Jakkopur village located in Mehnar police station area of Hajipur. The youth has been identified as Kundan Kumar. According to the information, Kundan Kumar was enjoying the final match between India and New Zealand on mobile with his friends. As soon as the Indian team’s wicket fell, Kundan Kumar shouted with joy and started celebrating, which angered his neighbors and other cricket lovers.
Death in assault incident
Kundan Kumar’s celebration enraged Keshav Kumar and other members of his family so much that they attacked Kundan. Kundan Kumar was seriously injured in the fight. After the incident, he was immediately admitted to Mannar Community Hospital, but due to his condition being critical, he was sent to Hajipur District Hospital. From here too he was referred to PMCH in Patna, where he died during treatment.
Police deployment and investigation continues
After this massacre, an atmosphere of tension has arisen in the area. The police team reached the spot and started investigating the case. The FSL team has collected the evidence and keeping in mind the seriousness of the case, the police have deployed additional police forces in the entire area.
