This video has been shared on Instagram by a user named Aman Singh. In the video, it is seen written on Afzal’s badge, “I cannot hear or speak but I will be happy to assist.” After this, he smilingly explains the entire process of self baggage check-in to the passenger.

Aman Singh wrote in the post that he got inspiration that day not from any millionaire, but from a person who showed that communication does not happen only through words.

He also said that Afzal had better coordination than many people who can hear and speak. At the end of the video, Aman Singh shakes hands with Afzal and thanks him after taking the boarding pass.
