Industry’s help did not help Rajpal Yadav… bail was not granted, know when will be the next hearing

Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav is facing legal troubles these days. He has been sentenced in the check bounce case and is currently lodged in Tihar Jail. A hearing in this case was held in the Delhi High Court on February 12, where the court reprimanded the actor with strong remarks.

The court reprimanded

Actually, a marriage is going to happen soon in Rajpal Yadav’s family. On this basis, he sought interim bail from the court, so that he could attend the family function. However, the judge clearly said, “I may sympathize with you personally, but the law takes its own course.”

Why did Rajpal Yadav not get relief?

During the hearing, the actor argued that he had already paid Rs 3 crore and was ready to deposit the remaining amount in the court as security. Raising questions on this, the court said that the trial court has already made it clear that there is no ground to interfere in the sentence. The court also said that earlier during the settlement and mediation, payment was assured, but the amount was not deposited for years.

Next hearing postponed till 16th February

Expressing displeasure, the court asked, “When you confessed to the crime and promised to pay, the sentence was awarded on the same basis. Now how can there be a demand to suspend it after the sentence?” The court asked for clear reasons for the delay and postponed the next hearing of the case till February 16.
