Team India led by Harmanpreet Kaur, who scored a four-match win in this series, will be eyeing a clean sweep of the guests today. Till date, India has not made a clean sweep of Sri Lanka in the 5-match series, so Team India will be eyeing to achieve this milestone as well. This is the third consecutive match of the series in Thiruvananthapuram. There was a lot of rain in the last match. Both the teams together had scored 412 runs. India has won both the T20 matches played so far at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram. In the first match, India won on the basis of the killer bowling of Renuka Singh Thakur. Shefali Verma played a explosive inning of 79 runs. In the second match, Team India made its highest score in T20 and set a target of 222 runs for Sri Lanka, while chasing this score, Sri Lanka stopped at 191. Indian batsmen wreaked havoc in both these matches. In such a situation, it can be said that in today’s match also the pitch may favor the batsmen.
