Influencer Payal Gaming breaks her silence on viral MMS video, know what she said?
Payal Gaming is one of the most famous gaming influencers of India, who is in the headlines these days. Payal has recently come into limelight due to an online controversy. An MMS video is going viral on social media, with which Payal Gaming’s name is being wrongly associated. The clip reportedly shows a woman having an intimate moment with a man. In such a situation, many users have speculated without any evidence or confirmation that the woman seen in the video is Payal Gaming.
Amidst this controversy, Payal
issued a lengthy statement on Wednesday, December 17, clarifying that the woman seen in the video was not her. Along with this he said that legal action is being taken against the misuse of his identity. Payal wrote that I did not expect that I would have to speak publicly on such a personal and tragic matter. Over the past few days, some content has been circulating online wrongly associating my name and photo with the video that is currently being shared on digital platforms. I want to say clearly and without any doubt that the woman in that video is not me and it has nothing to do with my life, my decisions and my identity.
She further wrote that I have always believed in remaining silent in the face of negativity. But in this situation, clarity and raising voice is necessary. Not just for me, but for all the women who are victims of such online abuse and character assassination. This is not harmless material. This is extremely shocking and inhumane.
Payal, 25, appealed to the media to refrain from sharing, copying or speculating on this material in any form. He said that appropriate legal action is being taken to stop misuse of his name and image and ensure accountability as per law. Expressing her gratitude, Payal said that she is grateful to everyone who has shown support, sympathy and understanding during this difficult time. His kind nature and faith have given him immense strength in these difficult times.
