Uttar Pradesh: Inspector Mahendra Singh of Hapur Crime Branch was arrested red handed by the anti corruption team while taking bribe. It is alleged that Inspector Mahendra Singh had collected a bribe of Rs 4 lakh from a victim. Anti Corruption Department arrested this bribed police officer in Kankarkheda area.

Let us tell you that Mahendra Singh was taking bribe from the victim during the investigation. The victim contacted the Anti Corruption Department, after which action was initiated. The team caught the inspector red handed while taking bribe and arrested him.

Let us tell you that this is not the first case of Mahendra Singh taking bribe. Even before this, it had produced fake accused in the Bulandshahr Highway gangrape case. At that time Mahendra Singh was the sub-inspector of Kakod police station. He has shown involvement in extortion and fake cases many times.

This arrest is being considered a major success by the anti-corruption team, which exposes the corruption prevalent in the police department.
