Ranchi: Jharkhand High Court rejected Hemant Soren’s petition in which he had challenged the cognizance of the MP-MLA court. The High Court said that at this stage the court cannot interfere in this matter. Therefore his petition is rejected.

Let us tell you that ED has filed a complaint in the court against Hemant Soren in the case of disregarding the summons. Whose hearing is going on in MP-MLA court. MP-MLA court has taken cognizance of this matter. Which was challenged in the High Court on behalf of Hemant Soren. Advocates Zoheb Hussain, AK Das and Saurabh Kumar presented the case on behalf of ED.
