On December 3, 2018, the United Nations General Assembly passed a historic resolution recognizing the importance of education. Under this proposal, it was decided to celebrate “International Day of Education”. After this, this day was celebrated globally for the first time on January 24, 2019. So far, 59 member countries have decided to celebrate this important day, which is a big step towards promoting education and highlighting its importance.
