IPL 2025 mega auction: Take a look at Indian players with base price of Rs 2 crore

There will be tough competition in the mega auction of players for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, in which 1,574 players have registered. The auction to be held in Jeddah on November 24 and 25 will see teams fill their rosters for the next three seasons. A total of 204 slots are available across the ten IPL franchises, with each team allowed a maximum of 25 players. Indian players dominate the registration list, with 1,165 players registering, while 409 foreign players are also hoping to land the coveted IPL contract.
The registered players include a mix of experienced and new talent:-
320 players have represented their national teams: 48 are Indians and 272 are internationals.
-1,224 players are uncapped: 965 are Indians and 104 are internationals.
– 152 uncapped Indians were part of the last IPL season
– 3 uncapped internationals were part of the last IPL
– 30 players are from Associate Nations.
Australia has the highest overseas representation with 76 players, followed by South Africa (91) and England (52). The auction also includes players from New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ireland, Canada, Netherlands, Zimbabwe, Scotland, UAE, USA and Italy.
Players will enter the IPL 2025 mega auction with a base price. Teams can bid for their services at the base price or increase the offer. The teams that appointed him for IPL 2024 also have the facility to retain him using their respective Right to Match (RTM) cards.

Natarajan, Devdutt Padikkal, Krunal Pandya, Harshal Patel, Arshdeep Singh, Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur, Mohammed Siraj and Umesh Yadav.
